Narrative1 and Google Earth create maps using latitude and longitude. For the subject, these coordinates are entered on the Site Description worksheet; for the comparables, in the database.
Creating comp maps is automatic once latitude and longitude have been entered for the subject and comparables, simply click the Map With Google Earth button at the top of the Analysis Grid sheet.
Alternatively, if working with an older Excel file, open the Comp Manager dialog and Click the Map in GE button at lower right. Note this will generate a map of the subject and comps displayed in in the Adjustment Grid, not the comps shown in the list, which may or may not be selected in the Adjustment Grid.
Copy to MS Word In Google Earth, click Edit, then Copy Image. Next switch to MS Word and paste. Note the map can be resized/cropped in Word with the Picture Toolbar.
